Cooking Suggestions

Prior to cooking, soak snails in salted water for several hours to expel residual sand. Thoroughly rinse multiple times. Popular preparation includes spicy stir-fry with chili, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns and aromatic seasonings. You may also braise them slowly in rich spiced sauce for deeper flavour infusion. Cook thoroughly at high heat to ensure food safety. Do not consume undercooked snails.
