Cooking Suggestions

Whole fish can be braised, stewed into creamy nourishing fish soup, or deep-fried before simmering. Filleted snakehead is excellent for hot pot, spicy poached fish, pan-searing and quick stir-fry. For soup, simmer gently on low heat to get rich milky broth. Avoid overcooking to keep fillets tender and prevent meat from turning tough.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen immediately upon receiving. Once thawed, cook and consume without delay. Do not refreeze after complete thawing. Keep raw fish separate from ready-to-eat food to avoid cross contamination.
